By downloading or using Sphragis, you agree to these terms between you and Sylphi, LLC ("Sylphi", "we", "our", or "us"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Sphragis is a personal sigil-practice tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute or resell the app or its content as your own

2. No Accounts, No Purchases

Sphragis is free. It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Your workings are stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Nature of the Practice

Sphragis supports a personal magical and creative practice. It is a workbench, not an authority: it does not interpret your workings, predict outcomes, or offer guidance, and it takes no position on any magical system or tradition. Anything you create with it is your own.

4. Disclaimers

Sphragis is provided for personal and creative use only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions on the basis of the app or your practice with it.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because your data lives only on your device, you are responsible for it; we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any feature will remain available.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylphi, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sphragis, including but not limited to loss of data or any decisions made based on app content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sphragis app, its design, and its code are protected by copyright. The "Sphragis" name and visual identity are proprietary. Sigils you create from your own statements of intent are yours. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of Sylphi's intellectual property.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sylphi, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
